Holiday Shipping 2025
Orders placed from 23rd December will dispatch from 27th December.
Orders placed from 30th December will dispatch from 3rd January.
There will be an additional delay to backordered items during and shortly after the above dates.
Please be aware that these are guidelines and due to how the holidays are falling this year along with our shipping days there may be delays to some orders not being dispatched until 6th January.

Free Delivery (Royal Mail/DPD) - Orders of £50 and Above
Delivery £3.99 (Royal Mail/DPD) - Orders under £50

1 to 3 business days from dispatch
Delivery Information
Orders received by 12pm Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Order's received after this time will be dispatched the next operating working day. We will always look to process and dispatch for delivery on the same day if possible.
Orders of £50 and above will be delivered free.
Orders under the free delivery thresholds will have flat rate delivery options as per the table above.
Please note that some items such as restricted and heavy/bulky items as stated below are excluded from this and will have a delivery charge.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or DPD and can take between 1-3 working days from dispatch depending on the option selected.
These delivery times are delivery service provider estimates and as such though items are usually delivered within the timeframes on occasion items may arrive outside of these times.
We may at times send orders via other currier services.
Restricted items such as aerosol cans will be delivered by currier and have a minimum delivery charge of £10. These items will be indicated on their product pages.
Certain bulky/heavy items will have a minimum delivery charge of £10. These items will be indicated on their product pages.
You will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Please note that we can only dispatch items to the delivery address provided on your order and as such the customer will be liable for any supplemental costs incurred due to delayed/lost/misrouted orders where the delivery address is the cause.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping internationally by request on an order by order basis.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders will be shipped once in stock and on their respected release dates.
Where products are subject to allocations then they will be shipped on a first come first served basis. Any orders which cannot be shipped from release date will be shipped upon restock of the product.
Please note that contents and images of pre-ordered products may be subject to change compared to the released item.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be held and sent together when all items are in stock and the entire order is ready to be dispatched. If you would like your in-stock items sooner please place a separate order for them. Contents and images of pre-ordered products may be subject to change.
Pre-orders may be subject to allocations.
Item Order Limits
Where products have a customer limit (such as limited to one item/product per customer) these limits include, but are not limited to, per postcode, per email and/or per payment method. If we detect a breach or attempted breach of these terms, we may cancel your order and/or orders for the product.
Backorders and Available to Order
Items that are backordered or that are available to order will be shipped once received. As such backordered items can have a longer estimated dispatch time of up to around 5-10 working days (or longer).
We may also offer items to backorder that are out of stock at distributor level but a restock is expected and where this is the case it may result in a longer wait time to receive the item.
Please note that orders containing both backordered and in-stock items will be held and sent together when all items are in stock and the entire order is ready to be dispatched. If you would like your in-stock items sooner please place a separate order for them.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@onyxdawngames.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you need to cancel or amend an order you can do so before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at support@onyxdawngames.com with your order number and request. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure.
