Warhammer Age of Sigmar - Regiments of Renown: The Coven of Thryx
Key Features
- A full Regiment of Renown to ally with certain Grand Alliance Chaos armies
- An ideal way to add models to your Disciples of Tzeentch collection, and save money when compared with buying the units individually
- Contains 14 plastic Citadel miniatures - including three Endless Spells
egiments of Renown are storied mercenaries who wander the Mortal Realms, offering their services to whichever armies will help them achieve their own ambitions. Led by warriors famous and infamous alike, these dogs of war recruit like-minded soldiers to join them in their quests to fill their coffers and grow their reputation.
One such leader is the rogue arcanist, Magister Thryx. He learned to harness the essence of destroyed daemons in order to power his living spells, and now weaves an unpredictable path across the realms, seeking to elude Tzeentch's gaze and find patrons for his lunatic experiments.
This set contains all the miniatures needed to build The Coven of Thryx – a whole Regiment of Renown for use in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. This band of warped change-worshipping creatures is led by Magister Thryx, whose skill as a summoner is empowered by his own destroyed followers. He commands a cabal of gibbering and luminescent Pink Horrors of Tzeentch, as well as three of Tzeentch's arcane and terrifying Endless Spells.
This set contains:
- 1x Magister
- 10x Pink Horrors of Tzeentch
- 1x Burning Sigil of Tzeentch (an Endless Spell)
- 1x Tome of Eyes (an Endless Spell)
- 1x Daemonic Simulacrum (an Endless Spell)
The miniatures in this set are supplied with the appropriate bases and come unassembled and unpainted – we recommended using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
If your army has a Chaos general, but is not a Disciples of Tzeentch army, you can include this Regiment of Renown – even if its points value exceeds the amount allowed for allied units. Alternatively, the models in this kit can also fulfil their standard battlefield roles in a Disciples of Tzeentch army, but will not benefit from the Regiment of Renown rules.
